Privacy Policy
Last updated October 5, 2026.
Axionetic LLC ("Axionetic", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through axionetic.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company (optional), country, and your message. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in your email.
- Technical information. To protect the contact form from abuse, we temporarily keep a one-way hash of your IP address and the time of your request. Our hosting provider also keeps standard web server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and operations.
What we do not collect
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party embeds. Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so visiting the site does not send your information to other companies.
How we use your information
- To read and reply to your inquiry, and to follow up about the services you asked about.
- To keep the website and contact form secure and to prevent spam and abuse.
- To meet legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations where they apply.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on your request (to answer your inquiry) and our legitimate interest in running a secure website as the legal bases for processing.
Who we share it with
We use a third-party hosting provider for this website and our email. Your form submission is delivered to our company inbox through their servers, and they process it only to provide that service. We share information with other parties only if required by law or to protect our rights, or with your permission.
How long we keep it
- Rate-limiting records (hashed IP and time) are deleted automatically within 24 hours.
- Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together or the law requires us to keep them longer.
How we protect it
The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, the contact form validates and limits submissions, and access to our inbox is restricted to authorized people. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Where your information is processed
We are based in the United States, and our hosting provider processes data on servers in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to complain to a data protection authority. To make a request, email us at info@axionetic.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
